A raised lifeguard tower and boardwalk overlook the ocean beneath a vivid, cloud-filled sky. The long staircase draws you toward the open beach, where a lone walker makes the shoreline feel invitingly expansive. Above, the tower's sturdy platforms and railings stand in silhouette against clouds glowing with orange, gold, and pink. Their layered colors bring a sense of spectacle to the broad horizon, while the calm water offers a quieter counterpoint. You can follow the boardwalk's path with your eyes from the foreground to the sand, then let it lead your attention out to the sea. The small figure gives the scene a human scale without diminishing the vast sky. It is an appealing view to linger over, balancing a familiar seaside walk with the drama of a sky full of color.
